CORPORATE INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

At TISCO Networks, we establish and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) covering the provision of technical support, monitoring, and IT management services through the Atera platform to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

We establish and review objectives focused on Atera agent coverage across endpoints, security patching compliance, and user satisfaction for each support ticket.

We are committed to meeting applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements for information security and to continually improving the performance and effectiveness of our ISMS.

This policy is maintained as documented information, communicated within the organization, and made available to interested parties, as appropriate.
